Peru Caters is a Casual Food Restaurant managed by Chicago based Peruvian Chef, Willy and his wife Rosita. With over 30 years of experience in typical Peruvian Cuisine, he managed the preparing and serving of varied and flavorful dishes at a local Peruvian hot spot. Based on his firsthand experience and efficient service, he recently opened a family own restaurant/catering business.
They serve authentic “Comida Criolla”. It’s the tastiest part of Chef Willy’s Peruvian heritage rooted in Andean, Spanish, Italian, African and Asian influences. Chef Willy’s own original twists on traditional Peruvian favorites give Peru Caters’ Menu an authentic taste with a unique, healthy spin.
